You need an email address and a password. Keep the password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. One person, one account. You may not use the app to store anything unlawful, or to catalog someone else's property without their say-so.
Recording things by hand, searching, places, checks, shopping lists and the printable inventory are free and stay free. Scanning — photographing a drawer or shelf and having it read for you — costs money to run, so after a number of free scans it needs a subscription.
A subscription is for ordinary personal or household use. There is a daily and monthly ceiling on scans, shown in the app, to stop automated use running up costs. Trying to work around it, or reselling access, ends the subscription without a refund.
What you record is yours. It is stored on one server; it is not backed up to a second place. Do not use this app as the only record of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Scanning uses a machine learning model to guess what is in a photograph. It gets things wrong. It is a starting point you correct, not an authority. The printable inventory is a convenience — it is not an appraisal, and no insurer is obliged to accept it.
The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, liability for any loss arising from using it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the loss.
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete my account, which removes your catalog and photographs for good. Accounts may be closed for breaking these terms. The service itself may be discontinued; if that happens, reasonable notice will be given so you can print or export what you have.
